This book, the first in a potential series of six volumes, introduces a truly unique and innovative addition to esoteric numerology and Tarot. It seems so right for our time.

Australian author Louise Storey has been researching this system of numerology for decades. As a result, she is now presenting her own most exciting synthesis that includes what other numerology and Tarot systems have always left out. Namely, she incorporates the spiritual and soul dimension. This is amply included in a way that will enable the reader to look at many aspects of their own life and purpose.

Traditional numerology certainly pales in comparison to Ms. Storey’s Life Diamond system. In addition to Tarot, traditional numerology and astrology, she has also investigated the esoteric number system of Pythagoras and Qabalistic codes and various occult philosophies behind particular magickal symbols.

Ms. Storey has integrated all of this into her Life Diamond’s ‘Pinnacles and Challenges’ maps to life. This forms the Life Diamond system. All that is required is your birthdate, a desire to know you and your destiny and perseverance.

The material is straightforward once the abbreviations are committed to memory. So Life Challenges becomes LC; Life Goal becomes LG, and Life Diamond is LD. There are further similar abbreviations as one moves to the more advanced sections. There is an Introduction plus thirteen chapters with a number of appendices. Each chapter is appropriately illustrated with charts, numeric diagrams and blank worksheets at suitable points. If you are committed to this system, I would copy a number of worksheets to practice on, and do work in pencil (its easy to erase).

A basic working knowledge of the principles of numerology, Tarot and astrology will be helpful, but not absolutely essential. A good Tarot deck will be invaluable and I recommend the Rider-Waite deck. Also helpful will be a little knowledge of the Tree of Life. The Introduction outlines the history and philosophy of the traditional systems and compares them with the new system. There are guidelines on how to use the book as a complete self-help manual.

As the chapters unfold it becomes clear this is a far deeper system than any presented up to this time. It certainly requires commitment and enough time to practice and absorb the new concepts and their workings.

Louise Storey helps every step of the way with wonderful case studies and examples. In mastering this system, you will be able to understand and act upon the encoded soul directions in your personal Life Diamond. As an esoteric system, you will be able to delve more deeply into yourself, your interaction with other people and the experiences in your life in a more meaningful way.
